On this weeks edition of Stand and Deliver, Patrick and Bob discuss the impact of Rumble’s decision to surrender all revenues generated in one country that tried to force them into censoring content. As such Rumble is no longer available in France, and the hope is that this type of courage in the face of suppression of speech spreads!Additionally, Patrick sounds the alarm on a bizarre alliance between the Rockefellers, George Soros, the Biden Administration and Hungary, in what appears to be a multi-national effort to control speech and information.

Last week's victory parade was short-lived, as the forces opposed to the First Amendment appear to have re-grouped started new attacks. Among the topics covered this week:-A federal judge has locked up the two leaders of "True the Vote" who did the important work investigating voter fraud in the movie "2000 Mules". Catherine Engelbrecht and Greg Phillips are charged with contempt of court for not revealing the name of the source that tipped them off about electoral computer fraud and the exposure of personal information of millions of American voters to Chinese hackers. This one is a huge blow to freedom of the press, among other issues.-The FBI source who contacted Facebook executives and demanded that they sit on the Hunter Biden laptop story in 2020 is now in charge of the federal oversight of "misinformation and disinformation" in online arenas.-The government "disinformation board" that was supposedly scrapped after public outcry is back in operation by a different name, and is also being run by federal agents who collude and collaborate with the left wing social media executives.-And the "new" Twitter that celebrates free speech and allows all opinions may not be quite as advertised. Patrick and Bob discuss the use of scientific consensus to censor free speech, this time in the area of pandemics and "health emergencies." An important article by Stephen Moore spotlights the threat to our First Amendment liberties in the name of what is actually "scientism" and fraudulent attempts to declare Big Pharma's answer to Covid 19 an unmitigated success, defying all research to the contrary.We also discuss the latest on the JCPA, or the media cartel act, which would effectively allow giant media corporations to band together and shut out smaller publications, may of which are more grounded in facts rather than left wing propaganda. First Amendment defenders on Capitol Hill remain divided on the issue for some reason, and Senator Mike Lee is the latest to try and bring clarity as to the danger of this bill.

Pat & Bob talk about how the European Parliament passed a law that mandates how social media must censor anti-narrative speech on things like the pandemic, medical treatment, global warming, globalist policies, etc. Violators can be forced to pay huge fines. Thus, even if we can stop the censorship collusion between our government and Big Tech, there is nothing we can do to stop the European Union. Patrick and Bob continue the discussion on the potentially disastrous S.673 senate bill, the "Journalism Competition and Preservation Act" that would create "media cartels" and would be a grave threat to freedom of speech online. While Republican Senator Rand Paul withdrew his support for the bill, his colleagues Ted Cruz and John Kennedy are supporting it. What does it all mean?Pat and Bob also spend time on the move for GLOBAL censorship, being led by the Prime Minister of New Zealand by way of a speech at the United Nations on the danger of "misinformation".Finally...an update on the first issue of the "Free Speech Statesman"!

We thought that S.673, the Journalism Competition and Preservation Act was dead. It is an egregious bill that lets Big Media form a cartel to beat up on Big Tech for a share of the income. It specifically gives them a free pass on being held accountable to existing Anti-Trust Laws already on the books to protect us from exactly this kind of cartel. Plus, the First Amendment clearly warns Congress to keeps its hands OFF of Free Speech - "Congress shall make no law respecting..."
Sen. Ted Cruz, a member of the Judiciary Committee where S.673 has been stuck all year, has apparently caved to the Democrat sponsor of the bill, allowing it to pass out of the Judiciary, putting it up for a full vote on the Senate floor.
