It's a packed new episode of Stand and Deliver! This week, Patrick and Bob spend some time on the "freedom of religion" part of the First Amendment, with two huge victories to report on. A church in in San Jose that was harassed and fined for holding services during the Covid 19 pandemic was cleared by an appellate court, and in Illinois, nearly 500 health care workers fired for not taking the Covid jab after having their religious exemptions denied won a massive settlement against their employers! Great news for the First Amendment on both counts!
And on the free speech front, Bob shares the story of his latest suspension for violating the "community standards" of one of the social media giants, and Americans from across the country are choosing to self-silence rather than incur the wrath of tech giants and others.
Don't forget to tune in each week for a new Stand and Deliver!
